The organization Les Amis des Migrants Suédophones en France provides support to Swedish speaking refugees, foremost afghans, who have left Sweden for France upon being denied asylum and the right to stay in Sweden. The support involves among other things information and assistance in the preparations of asylum applications and appeals, contacts with lawyers and health care, consultations with a psychologist, interpretation and translations of key documents. The organization also assists in the job seeking process and with language education.
